Terms & Conditions:

  1. All bookings are subject to the acceptance of the booking conditions.
  2. All Accommodation is NON-SMOKING
  3. The front door is to be kept closed and locked at all times.
  4. The facilities and wildlife are for guests only.
  5. The door code is not to be shared with non paying guests.
  6. We are a non-smoking facility. If smoking outside all rubbish is to be picked up.
  7. No excessive drinking.
  8. Areas marked Private, Staff Only, No Entry or roped off areas are off limits.
  9. The animals are a special added bonus to the accommodation and staying with us does not entitle you special rights to the animals. We do different things with the animals at different times and days.
  10. We endeavor to give guests an up-close personal experience and it is very important that you follow any directions given. Failure to do so terminates the experience.
  11. The wildlife have claws, teeth and have very unpredictable movements so they can bite, scratch or knock you over. If you choose to interact, touch or feed the wildlife you do so at your own risk.
  12. If helping to feed the koalas or meeting the koalas, the koalas are not to be touched or disturbed by noises, branch movements or any other distractions at any time.
  13. If I break any of the conditions, I understand that I may be asked to leave with no refund
  14. We do not accept payment through third parties.
  15. Check in is 4pm - Check out is 10am
  16. 50% of the full amount is required on booking and the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to arrival. 1 night stays require the full booking amount 100%.
  17. 100% of the full amount is required for Christmas and Easter Bookings
  18. Tentative bookings will be held for 7 days without confirmation deposit.
  19. A $50.00 Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
  20. No refund on early departures, days booked on invoice are days paid for.
  21. All tariffs are subject to change.
  22. Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings above 1 night: 21-60 days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit.
  23. Up to 21 days prior to booking date - 100% deposit.
  24. Up to 7 days prior and after arrival - 100% of total price.
  25. 1 night stays forgo the full deposit on cancellation. In extenuating circumstance, a credit may be offered to change the date of arrival.
