No 4 is a boutique townhouse perfectly
situated as one of the closest residences to the beach, 100 metres
away to the sand. Set amongst the trees on the famous koala walk,
enjoy the abundance of koalas, parrots, rosellas, kookaburras and
other wildlife in your very yard.
A decor of natural timber and rock features throughout with an earthy
theme for a romantic or relaxing stay whether it be summer or winter
and the seasons in between.

Enter the ground floor to the large master bedroom that has its
own bathroom, both with rock and timber features, with WIR and private
rear deck under the trees. First floor features the main living

that leads onto the deck and BBQ area. Beautiful full size, fully
equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The loft upstairs with second
bedroom including 2 single beds and lounge area.
