Terms & Conditions:

1. A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is required for all advance bookings.
2. The deposit may be forfeited if less that 72 (change from 24)hours notice of cancellation is given.
3. More than 72 hours notice, full refund less $20 administration fee.
