1. No Pets
2. No Smoking
3. You may book in after 2 PM but please contact us prior to arrival with you anticipated arrival time.
4. Keys can be picked up from the Mobile Service Station
5. The unit must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
   Up to 21 days prior to booking - refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee
   Within 7-21 days of the booking - no refund of deposit as cancellation fee
   Less than 7 days of the booked period - no refund available
7. In extenuating circumstances, the deposit or full payment retained, can be "Held Over" pending an alternative booking within a 12 month period.
