Our greenhouse is now fully stocked as we've been
busy planting and nurturing our vegetables and herbs.
We've also planted plenty of fruit trees in spring
to compliment our current collection of limes, lemons, apples,
peaches and oranges.
End a great day with a beer or a glass of wine
in the evening on the verandah and dinner all made from local
produce and garden fresh vegetables
With your feet up by the log fire
and a glass of red in hand, it’s hard to think of a better
option than the Aire Valley Guest House.

or bathrooms and views - sleeps 10

Food & Wine:
Our
new menu has been described as being "very french".
Both cooks at Aire Valley Guest House have lived and worked in
France and have brought back to Australia a love of French food
and menu design.
We have a close working relationship with our
butcher who is based in Colac and who selects the best cuts of
meat for our menu. All our meat is locally raised.
We only serve fish from the Apollo Bay Fisherman's
Co-op at the harbourside. This ensures a "just caught"
freshness.
Many people have commented on the quality of the
fruit and vegetables at Aire Valley Guest House.
As far as possible, we grow our own herbs and vegetables. When
in season our fruit trees and greenhouse are abundant with fresh
fruit and vegetables.
Throughout our garden and around the house the
herbs you will find are mint, oregano, marjoram, thyme, chives,
rosemary, parsley, fennel, dill, sage and basil.
Aire Valley Guest House is fully licenced (no BYO) and we have
selected fine wines from all around Australia. What is better
than a chilled Sauvignon Blanc or cold beer on the verandah watching
the sun go down or perhaps a Shiraz in front of the log fire in
winter.
