  1. Breakers Apollo Bay:  Booking Terms and Conditions
    Linen
    You will either have provided your own linen or been provided with a set by the booking agent.  In either case, this will comprise of top AND bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels.
    Please ensure you use both top and bottom sheets as well as pillow cases for health and safety reasons.
    The cleaners after your departure are instructed to report any evidence of the beds having been used without proper protection.  This will result in an additional charge of $80 per bed directly to your credit card.
    In the event that you have forgotten your own linen, please contact your booking agent for hire.
    Breakages or Damage
    Any breakages must be reported to your booking agent immediately and the owner reserves the right to seek reimbursement of the same.
    Bond
    Whilst a bond is not required, the following costs will be billed to the credit card provided if any of the following occur, either during the booked period, or as detected after inspection of the property immediately following departure:

    • Damage caused to the property or its contents
    • Items missing from the property
    • Floor and furniture and soft furniture coverings marked or stained
    • Property not cleaned and left as found on arrival (See 'Cleaning' below)

    Please note:                   Credit card details required for bond purposes will not be processed unless there is a problem found on inspection of the property.  If there is any reason to process an amount to the card provided, the full amount and an explanation for the charge will be provided to you in writing.
    Inspection
    The owner or a nominated agent has the right to inspect the property at any time during the vacancy period booked.
    Cleaning
    To avoid extra cleaning charges (charged at $60/hour plus extra charge for specialist cleaning serves of required), we ask that you leave the property as you found it upon your arrival.  This includes all dishes being washed and dried or emptied from the dishwasher, stove and cook top cleaned (if used) and BBQ cleaned (if used).  All floors to be vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and all living areas left clean. All rubbish is to be disposed of in the correct compartment of the council bins provided.  Bins to be taken out on departure.  Furniture moved should be returned to its original position.
    Cancellation- Refund of deposits
    In the event of a cancelled booking, your deposit is refunded (less a 10% service fee) provided the property is re-booked for the same period of time.  If the property is not re-booked, the deposit is forfeited.
    If the deposit is to be refunded, a cheque will be forwarded by mail, to the address provided.

    Customer details

    From time to time we may choose to have our authorised booking agent in Apollo Bay process to on-line reservations.  This is purely for practical reasons.
    Should this be the case, in order to process the booking, the details provided through our on-line booking system will be passed on to this company purely for the purpose of processing your reservation.  If you object to having your details passed on to our agent, please specify in your booking comments. Your details will not be provided to any other third party.

    Appliance instructions

    Please note a call out fee will be charged to your credit card in the event that a technician is required to attend the property due to failure to read and understand instruction manuals for any item on the property.  It is therefore recommended that all guests consult the instruction manual before contacting your booking agent. 

    Loss of Keys

    The cost of replacing a set of lost keys is $50.

    Confirmation

    Bookings are only secure and confirmed after deposit has been processed and notice of such has been sent to person that has made the booking.
